The access code

Some books have a code printed inside, which unlocks the reserved materials on the website. If the code is not accepted, send us the title of the book and the code as you read it.

A QR code that doesn’t open

If a QR code in the book opens the wrong page or doesn’t open at all, send us the title of the book and the page number: we’ll fix it.

For login problems, to change your email address or to delete your account, write to us from the address you signed up with.
